Supreme Court rules in favor of gun nuts everywhere when it strikes down D.C. gun ban. Jamaican posses rejoice.

Plus, they gave Exxon a break on that little Valdez incident. I only hope if I'm ever up in front of a judge again he/she will be as inclined to favor me. Maybe if I add 'inc.' after my name and toss a few bucks around the Capital.

Bubba's just finishing lunch; chicken and rice as usual. Me, I'm stuck with peanut butter, cheese and some bagels until we can go grocery shopping tomorrow.

School ended for Bubba yesterday, so what can I do to keep him preoccupied until Sept. 2nd? Any suggestions? C'mon people: I know you're out there. Post me some good advice. I can't let him keep playing the GameCube all afternoon, and the park is good for once or twice a week but gets old fast. We go swimming in the evenings and to the science museum on the occasional Sunday, so something else would be nice.

I have to take 2 GRE exams. Fug. One is the regular and the other is subject specific. This means paying twice.
I better get a shitload of patients when this is all over or I'll never pay my debts off.

May go see Crazy Lady on Sunday. Visiting her is getting to be more - oh, unfun - since her dementia kicked in. Last time, she was convinced I had left the Mrs. and married someone else. It's just plain creepy sometimes, no matter how much one knows about the condition.
