One Step Forward...

After a little over 4 days of agony, the weird-assed sensations in my right shoulder have subsuded and I can sleep in bed with my wife again, rather than on the couch because my arm's making me twitch like an epiletic on crack. Hoo-ray.

Am officially on Spring Break now: wish that actually meant something to me other than cleaning out the garage of my mother-in-law's old clothes (now that she's gone) and finding new things in the house to fill the giant Tupperware buckets with. Actually, I want to start on clearing out the room so Bubba can use it. Still needs a coat of paint, new lighting & carpeting.

The thing last Sunday was okay. Stuffed my gullet with every kind of shrimp known to man and downed Sapporos at a Japanese resturant then went back to the host's place for movies & Nintendo Wii. More fun than this week anyway, what with the visiting of mothers deceased and insane.

Bought the Mrs.'s Mothers Day gift online today. I know she wants an herb garden (yeah, I WISH I was talking about weed), so I picked a whole setup with the seeds, soil, planters etc. Since she doesn't want me spending too much this year I figure this is just right.

Need to finish 2 papers & some online lab stuff, but I'm not worried. Had 3rd Spanish exam tonight. Probably did better than the last 2, but that's not saying much. Definitely a C or D in this class. At least grades in other 2 will balance it out somewhat and my GPA won't suffer too much. Can't wait to get these kind of classes over with and return to my major.

Also on the agenda for this weekend: new tires, shocks & some needed upgrades on this P.C. of mine.
